9 Conditions Rule 3-A में engagement की प्रमुख conditions

GDS Rule 3-A क्या है?

Department of Posts के Gramin Dak Sevaks (Conduct and Engagement) Rules, 2020 में Rule 3-A का विषय “Terms and Conditions of Engagement” है।

GDS की service conditions सामान्य Central Government employees की service conditions से अलग हैं और वे GDS Conduct and Engagement Rules के अनुसार governed होती हैं।

इसलिए किसी particular service matter में Rule के साथ-साथ Department of Posts के latest order, notification या applicable departmental instruction को भी देखना चाहिए।

Rule 3-A Clause
3-A (i) Working Hours GDS
3-A (ii) Maximum Age GDS
3-A (iii) Adequate Means of Livelihood Government allowances के अलावा livelihood के लिए अन्य source of income से संबंधित undertaking की condition है।
3-A (iv) Transfer Public interest, administrative या vigilance grounds पर transfer का provision है।
3-A (v) Civil Service Status GDS Civil Service of the Union
3-A (vi) Status GDS
3-A (vii) Residence Post village/delivery jurisdiction
3-A (viii) BPM Accommodation Branch Post Office
3-A (ix) Combination of Duties

1. GDS Working Hours – Duty

Current India Post GDS information में GDS के लिए minimum 4 hours और maximum 5 hours per day की information दी गई है।

4 घंटे और 5 घंटे को लेकर confusion: Rule 3-A का important point maximum 5 hours है, जबकि current GDS recruitment information minimum 4 और maximum 5 hours per day बताती है।

3. Adequate Means of Livelihood

Rule 3-A में GDS के लिए adequate means of livelihood से संबंधित undertaking का provision है।

यह provision GDS engagement की terms and conditions का हिस्सा है।

Rule 3-A transfer का basic provision देता है।

GDS regular employees of the Department/Central Government

Rule 3-A के अनुसार GDS Civil Service of the Union

उनकी service conditions GDS Conduct and Engagement Rules तथा लागू departmental instructions के अनुसार governed होती हैं।

8. Combination of Duties

Rule 3-A में “Combination of duties of a Sevak shall be permissible” का provision दिया गया है।

9. GDS Rule 3-A को Practical Example से समझें

Example 1 – Working Hours

Example 2 – BPM Residence

Example 3 – Transfer
