PLI Licentiate Exam 2026 क्या है?
Postal Life Insurance (PLI) और Rural Postal Life Insurance (RPLI) के Sales Force के लिए Licentiate Examination एक महत्वपूर्ण certification examination है। इसका उद्देश्य Sales Force को PLI/RPLI से संबंधित insurance products, rules, procedures और business process की आवश्यक जानकारी देना और successful candidates को Licentiate Examination Passing Certificate प्रदान करना है।
यह examination Insurance Institute of India (III), Mumbai द्वारा Postal Life Insurance authority के behalf पर conduct किया जाता है। Training और examination को digital माध्यम से कराने के लिए PLI Mobile Training App (PMTA) की व्यवस्था की गई है।

📱 PLI Licentiate Exam किस App से देना होता है?
PLI Licentiate training और examination के लिए PLI Mobile Training App (PMTA) का उपयोग किया जाता है। App में training module और examination module उपलब्ध हैं।
Google Play Store पर “PLI Mobile Training App” search करें। App install करने से पहले developer/app details को ध्यान से verify करें।

नोट: Google Play Store पर app listing समय के साथ update या migrate हो सकती है। इसलिए किसी third-party APK website से app download करने के बजाय Google Play Store listing का उपयोग करना बेहतर है।
📝 PLI Licentiate Exam Registration कैसे करें?
अपने Android mobile में Google Play Store खोलें और PLI Mobile Training App search करके official listing से app install करें।
App open करने के बाद candidate registration option पर जाएं और मांगी गई candidate details भरें।
पुराने PMTA instructions के अनुसार registration के दौरान Agent Code, PAN, Email ID, Name, Mobile Number, Address, Circle, Region और Division जैसी मांगी गई details भरे।
App में उपलब्ध payment option के माध्यम से applicable training/examination fee का payment करें।
Registration/payment के बाद training module activate होता है।
PMTA के माध्यम से prescribed training modules को पूरा करें।
Training पूरा होने के बाद app में available examination option से Licentiate Examination attempt करें।
Required passing criteria पूरा करने के बाद examination successfully complete होगा।
Successful completion के बाद Training-cum-Examination Passing Certificate generate/download किया जा सकता है।
📚 PLI Licentiate Exam में कितने Questions होते हैं?
PLI Directorate के 12 October 2022 के PMTA instructions के अनुसार Licentiate Examination में 25 questions होते है और passing के लिए 35% marks आवश्यक है।

ऊपर दिए गए 25 questions, 35% passing marks और unlimited attempts पुराने PMTA Directorate instructions में दिए गए parameters हैं। Current 2026 app/instructions में कोई operational change हो सकता है, इसलिए final exam screen पर दिखाई देने वाली current information को ही अंतिम मानें।
⏱️ Training कितने समय की होती है?
12 October 2022 के PMTA instructions के अनुसार Sales Force के लिए 15 hours mandatory online training निर्धारित की गई है। Training और examination के लिए app-based system बनाया गया है।
Training material में PLI/RPLI से संबंधित insurance products, rules, procedures और अन्य आवश्यक विषय शामिल किए गए हैं।
💰 PLI Licentiate Exam की Fee कितनी है?
PMTA instructions में training और examination की कुल fee ₹400 (GST सहित) है। इसमें training/book और examination fee के अलग-अलग components है।

Important: यह 2022 PMTA instructions में दी गई fee है। 2026 में licensing framework में changes होने के कारण current fee को app में दिखाई देने वाली amount और latest departmental instructions के अनुसार ही मानें।
🆕 2026 में Examination Fee को लेकर महत्वपूर्ण बदलाव
07 May 2026 के PLI Directorate clarification के अनुसार जिन DEs/GDSs के पास वर्तमान में Permanent License नहीं है और जो भविष्य में Sales Force के रूप में engage होंगे, उन्हें Licentiate Examination में appear होने का fee expense स्वयं bear करना होगा।
इसी clarification में यह भी कहा गया है कि जिन Sales Force के पास पहले से Permanent License है, उन्हें फिर से register करने की जरूरत नहीं है।
